Well, another year is over, and a new one is on. Yet again with great hopes, dreams and resolutions. My past experiences in keeping the resolution to a certain degree of success has gone to a vague. But this certainly doesn’t mean that the excitement of creating a new list of events isn’t on my mind. It took me less than 15 minutes to come up with a wish list for the year, but I know that it will take me a lot longer to achieve them. The ‘wish-list’ I would like to suggest to my readers is let’s be more realistic, practical and unusual this year. Let the resolutions that you make or are about to make, linger on for longer than January. How about doing up your home through a sustainable approach? Read further to find out the kind of impact our changing environment can have on the future of homes in India. Are we heading in the right direction for longer-lasting, better-maintained spaces, it’s time to ponder?
I am in love with quirky little things that instantly turn a house into a home. While spending few hours on various portals, I realised that recycling and making small decor products at home will be a fantastic idea. My team is all set to start a DIY page on the same with renowned designers very soon. It has got me thinking though—I need to do a massive spring clean to make space and get a few quirky pieces in my den. Trust us, you will love the ideas filled issue, and no doubt we will be back with more.
Love Yourself!
