Chicken Khurchan Tacos
You Need:
- 5 gms jalapenos

10 gms sour cream

10 gms coriander
-
10 gms ginger

150 gms chicken tikka
-
30 gms capsicum
-
30 gms yellow bell pepper

2 gms whole jeera
-
5 gms Kitchen King masala

5 gms chaat masala

30 gms tomato
-
50 gms refined oil

3 Khamiri bread

Salt to taste
Method:
• In a fry pan, heat oil. Add whole jeera and onions.
• Sauté till translucent, now add tomato and then slice chicken tikka, sauté continuously on medium heat for a minute.
• Now add Kitchen King masala, chaat masala and freshly chopped coriander.
• In a hot griddle, toast the khamiri bread.
• When the bread is grilled from one side, apply chicken mixture, sprinkle chopped jalapenos on top and finished with dollop of sour cream.
• Garnish with ginger julienne and coriander sprig

10 gms cashew nuts

Samosa mixture
• Take a deep fry pan.
• Heat oil and add coriander seeds, jeera powder, coriander powder, salt, jeera powder, green peas, ginger, green chilli, cashew nut, raisin, red chilli powder and mashed potatoes.
• Mix well and cook for 10 minutes for the mixture to get its flavour.
Samosa sheet
• Knead a tight dough with a mixture of refined flour, ajwain, salt and desi ghee.
• Make thin sheets and fry in slow heat till golden brown.
Plating
• Make three layers of samosa mixture and samosa sheet.
• Enjoy with sweet curd, mint chutney, saunth chutney and pomegranate seeds.
