YOU NEED:
2 cups broccoli fl orets
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp onions (chopped)
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
1 cup milk
1 tsp matcha tea powder salt to taste
pepper to taste
YOU MUST:
Heat the pan and add little milk and water in it.
- Once it is warm, add matcha tea powder and mix it properly.
- Heat another pan, add oil and then add garlic and onions, sauté for half a minute.
- Add broccoli and little water and milk, let the broccoli cook. Puree it once soft .
- Th en, add the broccoli puree in the matcha tea and whisk it to a soup consistency.
- Add water if required.
- Check the seasoning and serve with toasted bread.
