Radio Bar’s menu is composed by ex Marco Pierre White Chef- Rohan D’ Souza who recommended dishes such as Crab Lasagne, Mini Tacos, Beetroot & Pear Carpaccio Salad. the menu reflects the specialties of a global cuisines and consists of dishes that have been created by binding and bonding eastern and western to a classic. With variety of grill item on offer that are served with a Eurasian twist, the food fully reflects the passion for innovation in finger food. ” Our new introduction will be spice dominant.
