This 7,196 sq. ft. home at DLF Camellias in Gurugram isn’t just another luxury apartment—it’s a bold, bespoke canvas brought to life by NSN Studio Divine. Designed for Malika and Mohit Sadani, the entrepreneurial couple behind The Moms Co., the brief was clear: make it timeless, personal, and easy to live in.
NSN Studio Divine responded with a space that leans into Art Deco, layering curves, symmetry, and rich detailing to create a distinctive identity within the otherwise uniform Camellias layout. Think jewel-toned powder rooms, dramatic archways, and inlay marble floors that instantly set the tone.
The layout flows—from a soft, curved foyer to a living space designed for both everyday comfort and entertaining. There’s a round red sofa grounding the lounge, a custom bar unit for their many soirées, and even a fireplace tucked into a cozy corner framed by statement artworks.
Every corner speaks to the family’s lifestyle: a breakfast counter for the kids, a dedicated coffee bar for Mohit, two reading nooks for the daughters, and separate dressers in the master for the couple. Add a mandir, a lounge-study hybrid, and a balcony-adjacent guest room—and you’ve got a house that’s functional, layered, and full of intention.
“In Art Deco, beauty and functionality are inseparable,” say principal designers Shrruti Behall and Rajat Behl—and this home is proof. Every line, curve, and finish is thought through. It’s not just a space—they’ve built a mood.
