The client wanted a simple and elegant house in a modern contemporary style which is easily maintainable and long-lasting and also environment-friendly. The concept of the building is office cum residence.
The house was planned to meet the expectation of the client. Each and every area is very carefully designed and the contemporary look of the spaces is maintained.
The staircase is in the heart of the house, while a partition was made to divide the public and private spaces. A double-height wall was designed with the grooving in P.O.P and textured background with metal artwork giving way to wall lights with an artistic feel. The walls on the first floor are clad with an antique style mirror which reflects onto the mirrored wall on another side creating an elegant mood. The floor and lift walls were clad with Italian marble making it luxurious. All of the furniture was sourced from Italy and the design had to match its luxury. The lighting served as a cherry on top of the well-designed space.
The master bedroom is a suite room, with a dedicated area for a TV lounge. The room is designed in two parts while the ceiling is continuous and the hidden curtain pelmets maintained a clean look. The bed wall is clad with mirror and fine quality wallpaper. The design of the walk-in wardrobe is in the combination of glass shutters and solid shutters while the master bathroom is clad in Italian marble.
The children’s rooms were made in their choices of colour, leaving them happy as can be.
To keep the property environment-friendly, UV protected glass is introduced to reduce AC consumption. A beautiful terrace garden is designed to assure a calm and relaxing space for the client.
